The mobile library is not a bad idea and there is already a mobile library service running in Brisbane but it is a truck instead of a bus.

A few years back, Liverpool Council in Sydney had one. It was on a bus chassis, but with a custom built library body.

Gosford City council used to have 2 Book Mobiles, built into full length buses. They were always parked at Niagara Park Shopping centre, so I could see them If I walked over to the fence at school. Shame, they diaspered a few years ago.
