Metro will be running extended late services after midnight with the last buses leaving the city after 2.40am the cost of a fare is $5 one way this is hobart I am not sure of what launceston and burnie are doing new years eve

I've always wondered if there was enough patronage to justify some sort of service for Friday/Saturday nights. Be interesting to see how this goes!

the buses are always well loaded i did it last year had almost a full seat load in a artic
