Any photos of these? Or do they look just the same as the Mercedes OH **** (forgot what model)?

Whilst I don't have any photos, they are identical to the OH1830s.

Seen 9585 (a K230 i assume) parked at the gates of Penrith depot today. Most likely a new addition to Penrith's fleet.

9578 is now part of the CharterPlus fleet, but still retains Hillsbus stickering. This bus is currently stabled at Westbus Girraween.

I don't know if it has been mentioned previously, but is it not strange that CDC are purchasing 230 hp vehicles for route work, and, recently, 300 hp, and now 270 hp vehicles for school duties?

Had ride on Hillsbus Dural's new Volgren built in Newcastle area. Rides well both in stop start traffic and along the M2. It is probably the 4th new bus from Newcastle area built at the new Volgren Bus Manufacturing outfit near Newcastle. Hillsbus has now received 4 of the 113 new buses to replace NW Rail.

In regards to the hp issue, remember that the school vehicles being purchased will also be doing a fair amount of charter work which would include some highway running whereas the route buses are designed primarily for stop start suburban stuff.
