No3 looks a bit different, and it's odd seeing the leyland tigers with the newnham bodies when now the only ones are MAN's, but they look good anyway.

Great shots again.
Were the buses delivered with air-horns, or were they retrofitted by Mt Dandy? They're awesome sounding horns.

Standard Mt.Dandy issue, which sadly Ventura hasn't followed the tradition set around the Croydon area.CB60 wrote:Great shots again.

Actually Mt. Dandy stopped the tradition themselves when the 4 Scania low floors were bought.gen man wrote:Standard Mt.Dandy issue, which sadly Ventura hasn't followed the tradition set around the Croydon area.CB60 wrote:Great shots again.

I have put a Jeff Bounds photo at the HCVC forum, <http://www.hcvc.com.au/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1401328668>, reply five. The colour hints at Mt Dandy, and that company did a lot of tram & train replacement work. Is it a Tiger? Is it a Leopard? Aha, I have been able to repost it here, for a direct view.
I can't find Mt Dandy anywhere in Australian Bus Fleet Lists.

If you are looking for Mount Dandy buses you will have to look in the Ventura/National bus co fleetlist disposal list.As Mount Dandy bus was brought out in 2000 by Ventura. But Mount Dandy bus had five Centurion Citzen bodied Leyland Tigers 18 (2654-AO),19 (2658-AO),20 (2661-AO),22 (2657-AO),23 (2666-AO) .The Leyland Tiger one in your picture if you can some how see the plate you beable match it up.
