Board Get Together mid Sept.

Post by mrobsessed »

I know this has been brought up before, but I have tentative clearance to hold a meeting in the training room at SCTs Palmyra Depot. It would be planned for around the middle of September on a Saturday. I have been asked to provide an estimate of the number of people attending. We could cook up a BBQ and perhaps have a slide show. If you're interested, could you please post in this thread and we'll get something together. A bus would be provided from Freo to the depot.
Regards,
Chris.

You are invited to meet at the Bus Preservation Societies depot inside Whiteman Park. I believe you will be shocked to see the size and scope of the Collection if you have never been there. Two members from the Brisbane bus group stated its the second best collect in the southern hemishere. All I need is a date that I can then confirm it doesnt clash with anyother activity and the visit is on. We would put on a Park tour in our fully restored Guy Arab 111 new to the WAGT as #101 - the tour would take in the new "Revolutions" museum.

I'm there.... I've wanted to see the BPS collection ever since I have came to Perth, and the few times I have been to the park no one was there.
