Rear heater fun Rosa bus

Hey guys,
2001 Rosa minibus home conversion.
I've removed the three rear heaters and hoses just before the valve, at this point, should I loop the hoses now so one flows into the other, or just plug them up? I never shut the valve off a drained what looked like 15 litres of coolant which is fine as I'll be doing a full service before I turn the key again but don't rely on this valve to plug the coolant yes? I wouldn't she looks a bit old.

But anyway I guess main question is can I link the tubes rarther than plug. Thank ya kindly
