I think 1651 will be going to E, as that's where the rigid gliders are going

I have a feeling that T1255 will be withdrawn very soon as I was on the 444IB that arrived at Stanley St at 7:22 and the STOP buttons were not working and the Rear Door was broken. I had to shout to the driver just so I could get off. It seemed messed up as it was someone in his 60-70's I think but he was very apologetic. I still believe it as they're already retiring some 18.310's when they need to be serviced. It seems big but it is just my opinion.

Pretty sure all of the newest B8 artics will be going to E since they will be getting used on the blue glider service.

S1651 (rego XQ88KT), in standard livery, is currently parked at Volgren Eagle Farm. This seems to indicate the new artics will initially be going to Sherwood.

Yes they have introduced a few new measures on the buses recently and they are:
-rear door boarding
-gocard payment only
-first row of seats behind the driver are now cornered off with hazard tape
I read about the rules when they came out and the bus driver was pleased that when I caught T2878 this morning on the 444 IB that I had known all the new measures they had enforced.

Boarding can still be done through the front door for wheelchairs, prams and other people requiring special assistance. They just want as many people entering/exiting through the rear doors to make sure the drivers come into as little contact with people as possible.

They would also need to move the tape across the walkway.

Yes, but that's not really an issue in the scheme of things, taking into account the very small proportion of people who would need this assistance, as well as now where its recommend to not travel at all.

Is the Volgren plant closed due to the corona shutdowns? Wouldn't be surprised if it is as it's a nonessential service...

There has been no general move to close industry as yet. Individual workplaces might have to close temporarily if employees test positive.

I was just wondering, because at this point in time we are due to receive the new B8RLEA's for Route 60 so I wonder if they will be delayed? Also I updated the Brisbane Transport Wikipedia page so it now has a table of all buses in service so if you want to check it out click the wiki link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brisbane_Transport

First two B8RLEA’s in this delivery to S. Then the rest to E for the Glider.
