^@BT Enthusiast- Is that new route confirmed or speculation from the Pullenvale ward transport study (or something similar)? https://www.brisbane.qld.gov.au/traffic ... t-research

If so, can you post a link or source?

Brisbane Transport study on a new bus route. They want to know what the community thinks. A bit like the Riverhills research thing...
Council link https://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/5271970/WPPTCR
Though they could be just doing a new PPT route (community maxi taxi) in Pullenvale

It will be a combination of Artics and rigids. Artics may not get wrap and will only come on in peak periods. Or perhaps the plan is to run the service every 5mins 22hrs/day. Won't know until they are built.

Unusual sight for University term this evening where three consecutive Route 66 buses arriving at Southbank around 6.00pm from UQ were standard rigid buses, rather than tags or artics.
Today I also saw a B8A and B12 consecutively...the buses must be really late or COuncil is stepping up 66, as numerous reports last year were made that the buses were so crowded they missed uni classes as to wait for another bus.

I'm on a free ride right now on 1273! It's go card machines have malfunctioned. The driver is giving everyone free ride and everyone else is delighted too.

It looks like Garden City will next be the new Toowong (with more than 100 MANs there soon)

I take this a good opportunity to retire 1200, but some may argue they are still too young to go.

2868 has been out for about a week. Presumably 2871 is not far off considering they deliver an average of about one per week.

These three buses have G's attached.

Anyone know why 1289-1294 are still at Toowong as transfers to G jumped from 1295 to 1288?

Also, E2194 is now V2194.

I see E is getting S B7 Optimi, and in return their newest B7s are going to V. Carina's newest B7s are going to S, which means C is losing buses with no replacement.

Is this because of old age or an incident?

I don't fully know but I am assuming it is because of its age as it was delivered in 2005 and they already have the Scania's from 2004 and 2005 out already.
