It’s not exactly listed at an amazing price. Operators all have different approaches to fleet structure and tenure - this move is likely to free up capital for other business decisions. Also to look at it another way, perhaps Telfords is looking to sell while this vehicle has a relatively high value and replace with a new vehicle “at cost” from associate Custom Bus.

Telford's seem to have a variety of vehicles for sale on that site. Maybe a case of putting lots of buses up for sale and then seeing what they can shift.

They did buy a lot of second hand vehicles in the past so maybe they’re springing for new ones

Today this evening I saw this bus doing rail replacement at Central. I saw the rego as m/o 7051 but fleet lists shows nothing that is current, so I probably saw it wrong. It has a grey silver livery, with a desto which was not turned on but looked somewhat like this: https://www.busaustralia.com/forum/view ... 4&start=25 My initial guess is that it was a Transperth bus though I can’t see any green on the livery. It also has a fleet number 1710 at the back. Does anyone know what it might be?

Also, on Sunday, I noticed that TSA R6 3965 has white LED destos front and back. Is this new and was this also done on other older TSA buses? ImageImage

Diggers shuttle service of Thornton have acquired a 2018 - 2019 Toyota Hiace but I've forgotten what the registration on it is. Not on TV plates, just your regular vehicle plates.

Punchbowl who normally operates it, is heavily involved in the Cronulla rail replacement this week, hence they need extra help.

Thanks! The fleet list entry was hiding in between a few other entries of older m/o 7051 which was why I did not see it.

That explains it. There will be up to 18 x buses now as it looks as if the entire timetable will be operated by Kingsgrove depot and Tempe depot.

Mulgrave have continued to Operate two all day rosters on the 775/6 Yesterdays Vehicles where 1100 and 1105 and Todays where 1109 and 1195 they appear to Operate two Consectutive departures during the day leaving st marys approx 15:28/35

Is there any reason for this as normally mulgrave buses don't operate this route?

Port Stephens Coaches were operating some sort of hired bus or charter bus on Behalf of Murrays today around 2PM from the new Holiday Inn Express at Wickham. Sticker on the window said "Murrays FELD Entertainment"

Found TV 2398 operating Rail Replacement in Broadmeadow today, according to the ATDB Fleetlists this bus was listed as Withdrawn from Makeham Coaches near the end of Last year. The bus is still in the blue livery and still features the letter red cursive "M" logo from Makeham but the bus lacks accreditation and the Makeham company name is only visible from leftover adhesive. Any idea who this bus may belong too?

Edit: Mystery possibly solved, one of my Facebook page visitors tells me it should belong too Pick of the Crop coach tours (Piece of paper on the drivers window gave it away but I somehow missed seeing it and it was too fuzzy to make out in the photo from the angle I took the photo from)

I saw 3965 today at Strathfield, caught me by surprise. However, font looks like the same as the old Mobitec destos, I guess it's expected since the LEDs aren't as dense as the destos on newer buses.

Who cares about the font. At least passengers can read the signs through tinted glass.

Yes,as I suspected,2 route service trips on the school holiday rosters to fill up where those two shifts would normally be working school runs.

This drsto equipment looks like the Hanover one instead of the Mobitec ones. Hanover has the super wide font for destinations like BURWOOD Image

Sorry been a while since I was on here last. Scania Grenda I would suggest Port Stephens were providing the crew shuttle for Disney on Ice. The Promoter is Feld Entertainment and Murrays have the contract for the whole production.

Busways 1187 Was on the 775 today with it's Yellow and Dark Grey E-Leather?? Interior similar material that's used on the Volgren Mercedes at Penrith Depot and alot less slippy than the horrible Leather that Busways normally use is this a one off or is this the new Interior for Busways?

Transit Systems had some major issues on the 835 today with delays of 29 Minutes 11 Minutes and Numerous cancellations some buses ran the route not in service to try to make up time.
