2721 has died and gone to Heaven. Well, transferred to Kalamunda, which is the next best thing...
Re: PTA / Transperth & Private Observations - Sep/Oct 2017
I'm surprised this hasn't got a mention here yet, considering what a big thing it is:
https://www.railexpress.com.au/wa-budge ... h-network/
I presume that this will be the means by which they can use existing lines to carry the additional trains that will come with extensions such as Morley-Ellenbrook, rather than having to quadruple track etc?

Saw a very lost CAT bus yesterday. 2680 (I'm fairly sure) was on Welshpool Rd, heading up the hill past Lesmurdie!
It was being driven by someone in hi-vis overalls, so presumably this was a diagnostic run rather than a wrong turn at St. Georges Tce.

Spotted 1928 on Yellow CAT approx 4:30pm.
I'd post any important, bus-related links I had, but they're outdated anyways.

Palmyra buses on the Yellow CAT during that time of day is fairly common, they are supplementary services for the afternoon peak period for usually an hour or so.Bus Suggestions wrote:Spotted 1928 on Yellow CAT approx 4:30pm.

So, a lot of news (and sorry if its repeated):
2568 delivered to Shenton Park, seen doing a 23 this afternoon.
2566 & 2567 apparently are at Midvale (sources tell me this).
2557-2565 all delivered to Beenyup with white desto's. Only fault I can find with how Swan has programmed the desto's, is the number font.
2741 and 2742 are at Bayswater, Path's first two production white desto's.
3082-3085 all delivered with white desto's, the first B8 artics with them.
2297 (Spring in the City), 2426 (Spring in the City), 2318 (Spring in the City), 2074 (Optus), 1347 (Liquor Barons), 1729 (AMSI) and possibly another have all had updated AOA's (brackets are the ads).
Cheers!

okay 2 things firstly 2568/69 have been delivered to Shenton Park the NHs in the western burbs” are up for renewal after all that’s all they’ve had for nearly 20 years a new depot is also going to be built in Claremont within the next financial year for about 40 buses as part of service expansion in the western suburbs and elsewhere secondly 2566/67 have been delivered to Midvale as stated in a previous post

Interesting to note is that the CAT on the refurbed OCs are full-on black, rather than only the black outline on the NHs.
