From the broken badge yes Austin as Venturatiger has mentioned.
From the front grill/lights it has a coachmaster ??? look to it
Look a lot nicer if you remove the tin sheeting over the lower windows if the glass is still there.
And plenty of bog to the front roof header area.

That looks PMC to me from both the grille (ala Willcox PMC Bd Vals era with earlier header) and the shape of tail lights.
Think for yourself, while it's still legal !

I has a closer look at a number of coachmaster photos and the grille did not match any of those so I think the Coachmaster thought may not be right.

Thanks for all the input. I am very thankful for all your thoughts.
I zoomed in on what is left of the Austin badge and it has a smaller badge "Campbell"
The bus was in service in Armidale NSW in the 60's and 70's. Shame about the header being removed.
Thanks
Steve

Campbell was the dealer in Austin buses in the fifties and possibly sixties. Hence that badge.

Wasn't Campbells also a body builder up at macksvilleFleet Lists wrote:Campbell was the dealer in Austin buses in the fifties and possibly sixties. Hence that badge.
I think Morisset bus service had a step deck from Road Runners Wangi with Campbells body.
And wasn't Newmans up there associated with one of the manufactures ???
Update
Just checked the fleet list It was IBC with Nambucca body , IBC was Ian Campbell , now wasn't he something to do with GBW or Express from Macksville or P&D.
Steve , Did you get access to inside for any plates ?? do you have pic of steering wheel , the front rim suggests maybe a Bedford ??

Different Campbell. And it is definitely an Austin and not a Bedford.

Yes going by the front austin sign but its throwing up a lot of different characteristics of other brands , front doesn't look PMC to me as has been suggested but the rear does.Fleet Lists wrote:Different Campbell. And it is definitely an Austin and not a Bedford.

Thanks for that - it certainly brings back a few memories. While the grill has some resemblance to the right bottom one, it is certainly not the same as the side windows are quite different.
Some of the other ones look like Custom Coaches or more likely Cycle Components its previous name but not too sure about the last one.

If your referring to the amount of windows , it would seem there are places for 6 sets looking at the Op's first pic , one full set taken out over rear wheels and replacedFleet Lists wrote:Thanks for that - it certainly brings back a few memories. with the half rear window , which would make it same window set as pic in advert ???
It also has same position for fuel cap ??
Also the front small side window between front and door is drip shape , is this style unusual , it looks like drip shape in advert. only recall seeing them more squared off at bottom not drip shape.

Thanks CCCC, here is a dusty pic I took of the divers area. Thanks for the pic, it sure looks like No-7 on that flyer.
Once I get in, I will take some more pics.
Thanks Steve
