Currently driving a Volvo FH Globetrotter XL with the 750HP motor, love the truck to death. My four other drivers are driving a Scania, MAN and a Iveco, all single drives with similar mods. Will post a pic when I can :)

The new 1.6 update brings many new, awesome features such as the photo shoot option. These pictures were taken using it. You can pan the camera anywhere in the vicinity of the truck and change things like the FOV and blur-iness. (BTW These are my photos)

That was probably a mod, or development of Euro Coach Simulator (unconfirmed). I have not heard of any official coaches from SCS. :)

I have made a youtube channel, "TruckSimGameplay" where I will be posting Euro Truck Simulator 2 videos, and, if other truck sims come out, those to.

Anyone got any thoughts on the new Volvo? I've driven it a few times, for the most part I like it, except for that dash... I may end up buying the top model to go alongside my R730...

Also, I'm not sure when it happened, but the horn upgrades you can get from the upgrade shop are actually functional now, you fit the extra horns and then press the N key. Heeeeeerrrrrrnnnnkkkkkk!!!

One more thing: Is it just me, or has the AI become really dumb lately? Supposedly the next update for ETS2 (1.8) will have completely reworked AI, hopefully that makes it a bit smarter and less suicidal...

The New Volvo FH16 is great IMO. The style of the front looks nice, and the shape also looks nice.

The horns are nice, Although I would prefer if they were a continuous HONK!! instead of the gap between the blasts.

The AI is really stupid, if you check my vid (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2oa0T9ZGdrw) anD skip to 4:34 it is classic example of the AI.

My World Of Trucks profile has some of my best screenshots so check them out and leave a like! :D https://www.worldoftrucks.com/en/online ... p?id=20838

Bought a 680 V8 MAN and hated it so much I reloaded from a previous save and repeated a 250km leg of a journey just so I didn't have to keep it. The 6x4 750 Volvo has to be the fastest and best handling truck in the game.

Just got told that SCS Software has (finally) gotten a licence from Mercedes-Benz to use all MB-related stuff, so they're at work on a new Actros (Across) model while I am typing this post.

My adventures in ETS2 have gone quite well... My first truck was an Iveco Stralis Active Space, which can be a SLUG at times even though I've constantly popped new engines in the moment I unlock them, but it'll do till I buy another truck.

Bought a MAN TGX a few weeks ago to replace my slug Stralis (gave that to my number 2 driver). Runs well, has a 6x2 chassis, but because of the extra weight it likes to drink a lot of fuel.

Photos to come soon.

In other ETS2-related news work on American Truck Simulator has started, but SCS won't reveal much until they can secure licensing from the big US truck manufacturers.

Traded in my MAN for a new Volvo FH a couple of days ago. Who likes the SRA "Candy"-inspired livery here?

Time to pull out the jump starter and revive this thread ;)

Next ETS2 update is in public beta now, but should be fully complete soon. Of course, that update includes the new Euro VI DAF XF, liftable 4x2 (or 6x2, I can't remember) chassis and a few aesthetic changes here and there.

While I'm waiting for that truck to come out, I went and bought a Euro V DAF XF:

Nice Daf there Crazyturbo76

I have been testing the public beta which I think is pretty good except the lifting axle is annoying if you load up and forget to drop it and take off your truck will wheelie.

I've attached the new Daf Euro VI.

At the moment, a Scania Streamline Topline (or whatever it's called). Haven't leveled up enough yet to to get something that actually has a bit of power.
