This plan has been finalised.

Only major changes on the PT side of things:
- East Wanneroo Link Stage 3 - Ellenbrook spur brought forward to be required by 3.5 million
- Perth Orbital extended from Morley to Bayswater to form a complete orbit around the central metropolitan area
- Perth Orbital section between Forrestfield and Thornlie brought forward to be required by 3.5 million
- Future inner-city subway area expanded to include Curtin, South Perth and QEII/UWA.

Glad they extended the orbital to Bayswater. That was the very first thing I noticed when I looked at it!
