I see Qantas has advertised for full time positions for Bus Drivers based in Sydney today.

These positions are actually under the QGS employment and are only 4 hour shifts.

It is fairly easy getting a job if you pass their requirements and fitness level .
Its easy as there is a high turnover of staff with QGS due to low hours , guarantee is only 20 hours a week.
Biggest single issue is the two tiered employment system now where Full time Qantas workers do not recognise QGS workers.
QGS workers have generally been taking over Qantas workers roles but do not gain the same entitlements as Qantas workers..
