Murrays seem to desperately short of drivers at the moment, at least in Sydney.

They have been putting full display ads in local papers, not just in the employment section.

One of their current drivers told me recently they have a "bounty" reward system for new recruits.

Also note from their website, they are trying to recruit in Chincilla (Qld)

Here we are in 2017 and Murrays are still chronically short of drivers in Sydney as well as other locations. They do experience a high turnover of drivers. Probably something to do with the way they treat their drivers. Even through they have some of the best drivers in the country who work hard day in and day out, often well beyond their paid work hours, to keep their vehicles immaculate, the Management rarely praise their efforts or provide positive feedback and are forever nit-picking the drivers over the most incredibly ridiculous minor administrative paperwork errors or minor driving flaws detected by their vehicle telemetrics system. A lot of drivers just get worn down by it over time and move on to companies that have better, more people-friendly, human resources policies. Lots of hours/money to be made with this company if you're prepared to tolerate the arrogant and demeaning Management attitudes. This company would do well to get some properly trained, qualified, experienced managers, particularly in the HR area.

They do, but the people have "text book degrees" and little or no knowledge of the industry. Same thing as in places like the railways and STA.
