Hi there Guys, Here are a few photos of my Dad's run bus. Which he uses just about every day. Go West Scania #2131

He's not complaining though... He's been driving buses for 49 years now. So this is a breeze for him.

In his career, he has driven for the following companies: Egmont tourist Motors, NZR Road Services, New Plymouth City Council, ARA The Yellow Bus Company, Stagecoach Auckland & Go West.

12.5M. So far the only 13.5m Designline bodied Scania is Go Bus 80.

Similar to urban buses in Chicago, built by designline... Pity i didn't get pics before coming home.

I quite like this design. Its a shame the glass has become to expensive for NZ Bus.

Anyways the bubble is way better than some of the stuff Designline are churning out at the moment!!!

Heres a couple he may have had a go at then... the CBL25 used to be Egmonts

Hell, the corner of Custom St East and Anzac Ave looks quite vastly different now. You wouldn't be able to take a photo of that angle now...

Would that be the early 80's? The current site where that photo was taken would be Westpac or Scene 1 apartments?
