The right hand drive version of this Youngman Neoplan doesn't look that bad at all.

Here are some photos I took of the Bayes Youngman Neoplan a year or so back when they first arrived at Bayes.

I don't mind the 1200's, they are better than the 1800's, seem to appear built better and don't have rotting trim on the window pillars.

That Youngman doesn't look that bad at all painted up in the Bayes livery. I wonder if that Youngman unit pictured was painted into the Bayes livery in China or done locally in New Zealand?

how dare you say that  the 1200s are as gutless as the 1800,they also tend to blow more black smoke from exhaust then the 1800s...

Still another advantage the 1200's nave over the 1800's are the fact that they are higher and more comfortable to ride.

Was done in China. The photos were taken about two hours after the buses had been picked up off the wharf.

This Bus is still advertised on trademe and they must of made an error in the price as it was listed for $190,000 and now is $300,000. The only disadvantage to this Bus is that the wheelchair ramp is at the back door with the two designated spaces adjacent. It is built to Australian design rules ( as with the BCI's ) and is 12.6m long with a steering rear axle!.

Many chinese low floors operating in China have wheelchair ramps at the back as the front doors are usually too small. I don't like this design for the wheelchair ramp, it reminds me of the 1300's.
