Try looking for distinguishing features, rather than trying to think of LONG roads. It IS a long road,
but it appears everyone is guessing what streets/roads rather than where it looks to B !!

I will be heading out of state in the next few days (to attend the HCVA Vic Display in Melbourne next weekend - pics WILL be taken) SO there will be other things on my mind and may not get back to check your guesses on this thread. Because of this, I WILL GIVE YOU THE ANSWER (it has been nearly 4 days now anyway)
The location is. . . . CASCADE RD / STRICKLAND AVE - approx.150m PAST the Cascade Brewery heading up toward Strickland Ave.

The coach is parked in the bus/coach stop outside the Grand Chancellor Hotel in Hobart. (i cant remember the name of the street)
The curse of all Coach Captains is the dreaded ARB's. (see if you can work out what ARB stands for)
