I can only think that it could possibly be near UWA .. a road that intersects with Stirling Highway .? Nedlands / Shenton Pk area ..

Apparently being on the scent (and still guessing), I'd say The Boulevard Mt Hawthorn. I was going to suggest Anzac Rd but it looks more of a side street than a thoroughfare.

None of the above sorry. Also, because this has been running for a while, here's another clue: it's a timing point on a route for which someone recently criticised the "man drowing" destination sign.
