Mystery 1988 Austral Tourmaster

I am the go between, not an expert.
The cover of the owner's documentation showed body 1457 (traced to Tasmanian Redline in a different thread), but the contents show body 1494. The owner suspects Surfers Paradise Coaches, but I can't find this one there. I can never find anything with the search function: it keeps defaulting to the blank form. Others here can do in 2 min what I can't do in 2 h. The VIN is B514988. I'll have posted this to the continuation of the Tasmanian thread, and now to the Queensland thread too for a possible breakthrough. When identity is established, I have three photos ready to post.
