TransLink Customer Satisfaction Survey

I've not seen this advertised anywhere, but I thought some people on this discussion board might wish to complete the 2011 TransLink Customer Satisfaction Survey. You can even win prizes (consisting of go cards or go card credit).

May 25 2017 Commuters happier with the cost of public transport.
Commuters have not been this pleased with the cost of public transport since 2012.
New TransLink data, obtained by Fairfax Media, shows satisfaction with affordability across buses, trains and ferries increased four points to 60 - out of 100 - in February, when compared to January.

Affordability is tracking six points higher than it was in December 2016, when Fairer Fares was introduced, according to the latest customer survey.
A score of 75 or above is considered "best practice", while 60 and above is "satisfactory".
Since January 2013, the data has been reported monthly rather than quarterly.
The figures will be welcome news for the Palaszczuk government in its attempts to solve Queensland Rail's dramas, which became public when 167 services were cancelled following the opening of the Redcliffe Peninsula Line.
The Strachan inquiry uncovered several issues, including driver shortages, a reliance on overtime and cultural problems.
Satisfaction with the affordability of train fares increased by four points to 51 in January and then six points to 57 in February.
Satisfaction with the affordability of bus fares remained stable at 62 in February.
Deputy Premier and Transport Minister Jackie Trad said affordability was at its highest level since 2012 because of the Fairer Fares package.
"This is an excellent result and demonstrates the community's strong support for our action to reduce public transport fares for commuters," Ms Trad said.
Ms Trad said under Fairer Fares, customers could save several hundred dollars with cheaper fares across new larger zones of travel, an extended off-peak discount and free travel for children on weekends.
In the four months since Fairer Fares was introduced, commuters have saved $22.6 million - or about $1.2 million a week.
More than 53 million trips across the south-east Queensland public transport network were eligible for savings under the Fairer Fares package, with customers saving on average 43 cents per trip.
In western areas of Brisbane, Fairer Fares delivered savings of more than $2 million, and almost $2 million in Brisbane's eastern suburbs.
There were savings of $1.1 million on the Gold Coast and $800,000 on the Sunshine Coast.
But Ms Trad said there was still more to do.
"I will continue my focus on improving public transport for south-east Queensland commuters," Ms Trad said.
Train commuters rated reliability of services at 67 out of 100 - on par with bus services.
In January, train users had given reliability a score of 63.
"We are making real inroads in increasing reliability on our train network and I'm pleased it has improved and is ranked on par with the bus network," Ms Trad said.
