Belconnen Redevelopment (January to March 2010)

January 2010
The work to be carried out in January was still the preparation work to extend Cohen Street past the Westfield expansion & through the old Belconnen Interchange site. The main thing was that the big wall at the western end of the Belconnen Interchange was knocked down & work has began near Emu Bank for Cohen Street to push through.

I am trying to visualize what the old interchange looks like without the large concrete wall in place. The site is looking much different now and thanks for the update.
