It didn't take long for the temporary fencing to be put up around the Belconnen Interchange! I take it the demolition work on the Interchange would begin immediately?

They only fenced the pedestrian access. The bus roads into the old interchange were still open this morning. But work should start soon, as the new street is due to open in November 2010. Although from what I am hearing, it has already been pushed back to early to mid 2011.
Payback is a bitch, but is fun to watch.
