Our Driver was been rather stupid going around it and also blocked traffic by stopping in the middle of it.

How was he stupid for going around it? That's where the Route 59 to Forde turns around, isn't it?

Going around and around not just once, and he did stop in the middle of it, I am pretty sure the 59 doesn't do that

He sat at the roundabout so we could get photos...it was sunday morning in forde, there was all of about one car(s) on the road, and they were just wondering what was going on...I hardly think they care about being delayed for one minute!
