Comparing The Liveries:Same Layouts,Different Colours.

Postby Denv12 » Sun Jul 31, 2016 7:06 am

Its interesting to see how varied bus and coach liveries can be.Its even more interesting when there are similarities. For example,
I noticed some coach companies where their respective Denning Denair's had the same layout but used different colours.
Skennars,McCaffertys,Mylon Motorways,Illawara Escape Tours and even Newman Bros to name a few.

Now they all had the same layout but different colours.

What other companies had similar layouts but different colours?

My late father Jack Sellick used one layout frequently throughout the 1980s where the layout started out red, cream, white and black.Which was his favourite. Over the years he would use a different main colour to come up with variations.

It would seem that bus and coachbuilders used a layout and made different versions of it.The bus industry werent the only ones though. How many can you name?

Feel free to post comparison photos here.
