I'm pretty sure that is a Van Hool body on a Volvo(?)chassis which was imported and operated by Briscoe's of Adelaide - I wonder what happened to it, it certainly was a unique vehicle is Australian Coach History.
yolo seems to be a bit of a trend!

Looking at the picture it was 316 in the Briscoes fleet but there ain`t a historic fleet-list for Briscoes to find what happen to it.

It was a Volvo B58 and was unusual in having an Allison auto transmission - a great looking coach but did have a few over heating problems travelling up through the Adelaide Hills, fully loaded on a hot day - I really cannot remember what happened to it. The photo shown seems to have been taken at Briscoes depot at regency Park SA, when the coach was in it's final colour scheme with the company.

It is worth noting that Briscoes were part of the CMV Group who were the Bus and truck agents for Volvo and that resulted in the operation of ex demo vehicles such as this coach

If I remember a Truck & Bus article, didn't it also have twin steering rear axles/wheels (whatever the correct term is !) ?
