This old veteran was once a familiar sight around the southern suburbs of Adelaide. When photographed [c. late 1980's] the Leyland Leopard with a 1978 Domino Hedges body was #18 in Greenline Coaches fleet. Later it joined the fleet of Transit Regency Coaches as their #36 until TRC ceased Charter operations in 1992. The coach is photographed parked on Main South Road at Morphett Vale.

Hi System Improver, system improver wrote:I'd say that this is one of the three Domino bodied Leopards that were new to Melbourne and Brighton Bus Lines in 1978 ( a fourth came in 1979). Some were put in the colours of the MET on acquisition in 1985 (green and yellow) but soon sold off. Here is a Bruce Tilley photo of one when new:
Thanks for the addition of the Melbourne-Brighton photo, yes that would solve where the bus originated, the side destination box, amongst other features, is shown in each photo. The huge big difference is the Melbourne - Brighton B. L. livery looks much more superior which was a pleasing feature of their bus fleet.
