Good to see it - but for us non Adelaide people, could you please include what you are actually photoshopping the bus into?

Fleet Lists: The Iveco has been photoshopped into the City Loop livery; as displayed on AEC Swift buses between 1980 and 1985 (City Loop Mk I)
operator 541: An excellent job, I like it! Certainly more subtle than the gaudy "City Free" and "Adelaide Free" liveries! Maybe as a next project would be to get the Bee Line livery onto either an NL202 (diesel or gas) or one of the current Connector models

Re: What might have been?? ( A Photoshop experiment)
Good morning gentlemen, Now Phonj you read my mind i was in serious thought of doing a beeline as well but was unsure of what type of bus to do this on but i will do an NL202 but i might do a diesel as i've done a gassy (whats that smell??!!??) lol. Will make a start today as i've already got a phot to work on and To TA3001 i'll make an L94UB Serco my next one. Fleetlists i hope Phonj answered your question and i'l make sure i put some details on the next one to help out. Thanks Phonj and thank you for your comments.

Try HillsTransit livery on a CB60 Evo II. That aught to look different.

Not trying to overload this thread with requests, but it'd be interesting to see what a CB80 artic would look like in Hills Transit livery.

Hey Guys , Requests are fine but remember i take my own photos and then there's the work of Transfroming them and i will try and do what has been suggested, as you always have some really great suggestions that also make me curious about what they'd look like too.

Re: What might have been?? ( A Photoshop experiment)
I have always loved the Bee Line's "busy bee" logo: seeing it here on a more modern bus still reminds me of the "sticky" vinyl seats as fitted to AEC Swift's that ran on the service in the early eighties.. ("Sticky" in that when wearing shorts, often one would stick to the seat)
If only modern buses has such simple yet elegant liveries.....

Re: What might have been?? ( A Photoshop experiment)
WOW !!!
Looks like it was meant to be .....
I dont think there would be a livery that would not suit a Adelaide NL202.
Love to see a City Loop and Circle Line on a NL

Re: What might have been?? ( A Photoshop experiment)
Very nicely done. The only thing possibly incorrect about it is the number of the bus, since Serco didn't like 4 digit numbers, so they wasted heaps of time and money on renumbering many buses into the 3 digit range.

Re: What might have been?? ( A Photoshop experiment)
Brilliant! It amazes me that you can do this so quickly. Once I tried to put a B59 into Admet livery, but it was to hard and I never finished it.

Hi,just a quick note, nearly got another one ready, will be up tomorrow evening and it's not what you expect. Hint, it's not a bus! and the photo itself has some history behind it

Re: What might have been?? ( A Photoshop experiment)
Interesting - though I don't think the body style really suits the 'sloping' style of the AdMet livery.
I once painted two Worldmasters and a Regal V1 that I was operating on shchool runs in a 'sloping' livery based on the original centennial livery used on the MAN articulateds. They actually looked awful (I added a red strip as well in case the STA thought I was trying to masquerade as an STA bus, and pinch their passengers!). I should enter a photo in the thread about garish liveries, elsewhere on the board!
I think the higher waist level of older vehicles just doesn't suit the diagonal type of livery - too much bare space below the window lines.
Could I please request another one of tram 381 - in the traditional tuscan red and cream.
The H1s would have been planned with this livery in mind, as design work began on them prior to the second world war, but the war, and then post war shortages of materials delayed their building. The silver livery wasn't introduced until 1952, just before 381 was completed (and just after Sir William Goodman retired!), so I have always wondered how they would have looked in tuscan red!
Cheers
Trevor
