Technically that may have been 1174 if it wasn't for privatisation :P. But very nice job anyhow.

Good photoshopping once again Operator541! I'm not sure speedstripe livery suits the Cb80 though :? .

I think that it does suit the CB80 Artic but could use a bit more colour....

The Cb60 looks much better in that livery. Once again, another great job.

Here's a modified image of 3208 sitting at Glen Osmond in the Brown Bomber livery. I changed the 3 to a 2 to make it look more consistent with the possible number ranges that would have been used after the 1000 range filled up, if there was no privatisation.

That's nice. Although it's number would probably have just been 208, like it used to be.

I'm guessing it's an old photo, judging by the route number (161 was removed early 2007) and the fact that the servo in the background is still a Mobil. It has been an On The Run (OTR) for quite a while now.

Either way, thanks very much for sharing.

The desto was edited as well. This image was taken in 2011.

Presumably the STA would keep going higher in the number range with new deliveries, rather than start from 101 again. STA Sydney has a lot of vehicles numbered in the 1000 range, and it is evolved into the 2000 range for later deliveries from my obs. Make sense for the same to have been the case over here.

The livery looks very dated, doesn't it? I think the TrnasitPlus livery suits the Volgrens better, but I wonder what a CR228L would look like in Brown Bomber or TransitPlus, or even HillsTranist livery?

THat hypothesis makes sense, but 3269-3272, 3310-3312 and then all the 330x B10s were all delivered before 3208, so it is likely it would have ended up as 2228 or something. Either way, it doesn't really matter.

Also one from not that long ago. The destination on the side is unusual, as I think it would be pretty full.

STA Sydney recycles it fleet numbers through 1000 to 3999 with those in the 1 and 2 thousands now being used or the third time. Currently they are also using some in the 4800 to 4999 range when matching m/o registration numbers in the 1000 to 3999 range had been issued elsewhere. This lead to the regos being changed for new buses to xxxxST.

That's another nice job. Although it would have said "HillsTransit" instead of "TransitPlus", as the TransitPlus livery is the 3270, 3310, 3311 livery.

If it was running a Monday night 864, it wouldn't be busy at all!

Who knows. It might have just been repainted, and suddenly it was needed, so no time to add the blue stripe. Something has to run the 840. It's better for half to get left behind than everybody :)
