So it was also doing a 350 between West Lakes and Largs? Don't think so looking at the well lit surrounds!

Seem to recall somebody mentioning that "350" is the default route number shown by the Mobitec destination boards out of the factory (or is that what Custom set it to by default?).
Either way, could be rushed/lazy programming, or an actual fault even.

The rear desto displays on the blue Ivecos now show "special" or "NIS" when front shows "special" or "not in service". They had been showing "OOF" whatever that meant. So must have been reprogrammed.

Is this bus eventually headed for NSW or has it come from there as it is in the TNSW livery?

There has been quite a it of speculation about that. It was initially thought that they would be in Adelaide until the Transit Systems Australia group takes over Region 3 in Sydney as from October 2013 - hence the NSW livery. This may still be the case.
