Nice photos, but a slight correction... 139 is a standard width SL200, not overwidth.

139 is not a Mile End bus, in fact for these purposes it is a storage container based at Mile End. 1005 is not a Mile End bus, rather a Port Adelaide bus as evidenced by the 2### biscuit and backed up by Fleet Lists. Good photos, but a little homework never goes astray when posting 'facts' about your postings.

I wondered if the 3 MAN Artics at Mile End depot might be brought back in to service next week to cope with extra buses needed for AM and PM school runs.

Last time I saw them they still had Crouzet equipment still fitted; so I would doubt it... They're probably just hanging around, waiting for the next round of rail subs to start up.

Not sure about #1947 but #1954, 1956 are getting used for 'Driver Training', saw 1954 in the CBD today.
Bring back the 'Old Articulated' buses in 2013 for the Rail Subs!
