MotorCoach Australia:The History.

Post by Denv12 »

I thought I'd start up a history of MotorCoach Australia as we havent really done a history like we did for Denning and Austral, etc.
If you can contribute anything history wise to this topic please do. What is the history of this bus and coach builder? What were the bus models and what were the coach models? What years did each model get updated? What were these vehicles like to drive compared to other makes? What bus companies and coach companies were known for purchasing from MCA? I know Doherty Coachlines had several coaches in their fleet, high decks too.Was Greyhound a regular buyer of MCA coaches? Did you work for MCA or a bus company who owned any? What MCA models were featured in magazines like Truck & Bus,etc? The May 1996 edition of "Truck & Bus" has an MCA article called "Can Motorcoach Bounce Back?" Page 46.

Over to you.......
