Drawings of QLD Buses 5

Hi Everyone!

This drawing segment is a special, with every vehicle here being a high floor bus.

First up is a Hino RG197K with an MCA body, formerly operated by Logan City Bus Service.

Next up is a Volvo B10M Mk2 Articulated with a Volgren body, formerly operated by Brisbane Transport.

Now for a few Northside vehicles, a Bribie Island Coaches Mercedes Benz OH1725 with an Express body.

Hornibrook Buslines operated this Volvo B59 from 1982, with a Volgren body.

Up to Thompson's Bus Services, operated this Leyland Tiger 6x2 with a Denning body. Wouldn't it be nice to see one of these on rail replacements?

Now for something a bit smaller, a Mercedes Benz LO812 'Piecart' with a Custom Coaches body, as operated by SunBus.

For another bit of nostalgia, Sisil's Bus Lines formerly operated several ex BT MAN SL200's

Now for something that is a bit of a flashback, and appropriate given how few are left, is this drawing of a Mk3 Metroliner, back when it was at Garden City

And finally, a newer bus, Park Ridge Transit's PRT 019, a Scania K94IB with a Volgren SC222 body.

I didn't think Pie Carts came with two doors (most Westbus ones down here only had the one door)... must be a specialty that Sunbus specced.
Either way nice drawings there, keep up the good stuff

yeah there were a few dual door piecarts getting around at the sunny coast, not common though
