Spent a few days up in Sydney at the end of last month exploring the Illawarra and had a car for the day, so I wanted to explore the areas people took photos down by the beach on what was a rather overcast day.
Garuda Indonesia PK-GPT (Airbus A330-343) taxiing down A for a 34L departure to Denpasar.
Emirates A6-AUG (Airbus A380-861) following close behind for the flight to Dubai.
The Queen of the Skies, Thai HS-TGB (Boeing 747-4D7) shortly before departing to Bangkok.
An airline brand that's owned by a brand that also manufactures tyres is Asiana HL6734 (Airbus A380-841) rumbling down A before jetting off to Seoul's Incheon airport.
An awesome livery on an awesome aircraft, Malaysian 9M-MAC (Airbus A350-941XWB) shortly after touching down from Kuala Lumpur.
Singapore's 9V-SKH (Airbus A380-841) on the take-off roll to Singapore.
V1, Rotate! British Airways' G-STBN (Boeing 777-36NER) climbs off of 34L headed for Singapore.
An aircraft I've been trying to get a photo of for years as it's something we don't get down in Melbourne is FedEx's N610FE (McDonnell Douglass MD-11F) shortly after touching down from Honolulu.
Following closely behind the FedEx MD11 from Honolulu is Qantas' VH-OEH (Boeing 747-438ER). It will be sad to see the Qantas 747s leave the sky in 2020. It's always interesting to note that Qantas is the only operator of the passenger version of the extended range 747-400.
As always; comments, questions and queries are welcome.
Thanks,
Mitch

Nice variety of liveries and aircraft in your collection Mitch. Like the commentary as well. It's got me itching to get down there myself. Thanks for sharing
Think for yourself, while it's still legal !

Great selection of shots Mitch. Thanks for sharing.
The variety in liveries leaves the bus industry with its focus on white looking very down at heal.
