In this 1962 ABC street interview, a Regal IV with Randwick run plate is seen pulling up behind at 2m:28s.

Re: Sydney Bus Museum - AEC Regal IV 3197
The registration expired while the bus was off the road during the Move, H-plates are only renewable for 3 months. Thus it gained 47708H in 2014.

H plates are not transferable if the vehicle changes ownership or the rego is lapsed/terminated.

Re: Sydney Bus Museum - AEC Regal IV 3197
I wish 3197 has it's 11.3l motor instead of a 9.6 Regent III engine tipped over on its side. Did any second series Regal IVs have the 9.6 in government service?
