Re: TV 8245 with Blue Mountains Explorer Bus
At first I was like fancy putting another run of the mill bus like that in, until I read it is B10BLE! That changes everything. I had forgotten some were actually built over chassis other than Mercedes Benz.
The designers at Customs must have been in a jovial mood when they were at the drawing board.
" I know, let's make a front that is completely incongruent with the rest of the bus."

One of the reasons for the vehicle at BM Explorer Bus is to operate it on their Wentworth Falls shuttle.
A Mitsubishi Rosa in Fantastic Aussie Tours livery had been doing the shuttle but I suspect they needed more seating,
and this vehicle fits perfectly under the trees around Wentworth Falls reserve and surrounds - certainly not decker territory.

Gotto admit though, it isn't exactly the draw card like a Volvo Decker.

I take your point Swift, but believe me the Falls and surrounding bushwalks are the draw card, and the Wentworth Falls Shuttle caters mainly to the bushwalkers.
It doesn't operate in the hop on - hop off format of their main service, as far as I'm aware, possibly just a couple of stops. Their website has the details and timetable.
