I remember the opening weekend, the C sets had buttons on the doors to open which these days the buttons are now plated over and the seats had fabric and they were hard vandle proof.

In the video, Premier Barry Unsworth spends most of his media time putting the boot into the Liberal Party.
He's doing it again today (18.4.17) in the S M Herald, but this time he's railing AGAINST the public transport initiative of the Liberal government - B-Line.

Once a politician...........

Why didn't the Cahill government just build it in 1957 then having it being a recycled idea that a number of governments kept putting in the too hard basket for 30 years up to the links opening day

I didn't realise it was opened as late as 1987.

Now we're also going to have missing links between Rouse Hill and Richmond and between Carlingford and Epping.
