Re: A LOOK BACK AT PARSONS WAUCHOPE
Parson's had a couple of Syd Wood Bedfords, the photo of the one taken at the bus show is the one that is restored and owned by me, the one in the first photo i think is a different bus, as it has a different fleet number & different Bedford badge on the front.

Very interesting desto display as well. Some of us city folk would have no idea where those towns or places are.
By chance would some body have a desto list of what was on those rolls. Would make interesting reading.
Geoff.

Re: A LOOK BACK AT PARSONS WAUCHOPE
MO 4595 is an ex-Perth Leyland, most likely a Worldmaster-the bodywork tells it all. Looks nothing like a UTA Worldmaster.Fleet Lists wrote:MO 4595 the Leyland which appears to be ex UTA - do we know its history?
Regarding the MAN coach, it's most likely a CC Mk 85 VR body, or a variant of it.

Re: A LOOK BACK AT PARSONS WAUCHOPE
That CC Bedford (third pic) MO 1058 looks like it could be ex Harris Park. That is an intriguing body as it appears to have more modern sides than that frontal style normally came with.
NSW, the state that embraces mediocrity.
