Afternoon All,
Managed to stumble on to some long lost slides of vehicles that operated Hurstville during the mid 1980's whilst cleaning up my garage this morning.
Operators such as A.J.Moore,Kogarah,Saints,Crossways and Pioneer Bexley are amongst them.Once I can spend some time to scan them,I will post them to the Bus Australia Webpage.

While I was in Melbourne during the past week I had limited access to photos to upload into the photo gallery. So I took the opportunity to upload the remaining Leon Batman McVicars photos into the photo gallery. As I lived in the McVicars area for close on 30 of its last years, I remember all those buses well.Fleet Lists wrote:One operator who does not seem to have featured in all this is McVicars. For some time I have been adding a number of Leon Batman McVicars photos to the photo gallery - only 25 so far but I do hope to upload quite a few more over coming months http://www.busaustralia.com/gallery/thu ... ?album=303

Route 6 then Arncliffe to Bardwell Park was commenced in 1946 by Cathie and Bowers with a n/c Reo and a f/c Reo. Does anyone have photos or know the registration of these buses.
Re: Buses in the 50's and 60's. Hurstville & Others Suburbs.
What is the registration of the n/c and f/c Whites of Helensburgh Bus Service shown above.

The Whites of Helensburgh Bus Service were posted by Bedford-29 on 29th December 2013. What is the registration of these vehicles.

Reo Motors had 3 fc Reo's. They were m/o 568, m/o 588 and m/o 597. The bus photographed above with Cathie and Bower would have been one of these.
