Mobitecs are a lot more adaptable to different signs for different depots, more modern for passenger appeal, easier for bus drivers to change (WH&S requirements and what not) and so on.

It was part of a series of route alterations made at the time. 883 was then a much quicker trip between C'town and Ruse. Off-peak running time station-to-station was reduced from 42 to 32 minutes.Campbelltown busboy wrote:Do you know why they changed the 883 at the time of the 2002 timetable
