Confirmed today that NZ Bus has sold North Bus ( Whangarei ) to Ritchies

Wonder if it is a immediate effect and whether all the buses based up there will be transferred and renumbered?

Northbus #438 designline bodied Mitsubishi FK458J was at the Ritchies bodyshop in Swanson on Friday. Being prepared for repaint.

Northbus #1105 CWI bodied M.A.N SL243 was being used in Swanson on School service on Friday.

Not yet... Haven't seen it for a while. It may be hiding in the panel shop. Had a nasty shunt on the bootlid...

Looks like they kept The Whangarei City Link Livery but added a Ritchies logo NEX style

One by one, they are sending them to their Panel & Paint shop in Swanson to repaint into Ritchies colours...
