PTV: Changes to Routes 216/219/220/232

[MAN 16.242]

Various changes are being propsed for Transdev Routes 216/219, 220, 232 and ptv is currently seeking feedback.

Changes include
Route changes
*216 Split at Sunshine as per Caroline Springs changes.
*219 South of Sunshine replaced by local route 429.
*216/219/220 split in the City
*Route 604 will cover 220 south of the City
*Route 603 will cover 216/219 south of City(Note starts at Alfred Hospital) and will go to Gardenvale. Bay St/New St still has Route 600/923

Frequency changes
*216 and 220 on Weekdays off peak and Saturday mostly retain current frequency(the scrapped Greenfield plans had cuts even on the busy west, this new plan does not)
*216 and 220 on Sundays see frequency on increased to 20 minutes(currently 30 minutes)
*232 slight decreases to peak frequency
*429 see reduced frequency compared to 219 but will connect with trains
*603 and 604 will be at 15-20 minute frequency on weekdays.
*603 and 604 Saturdays be reduced to
20 minutes(currently 15 minutes on 220 and 216/219(SAT am only)
*603 will have connections at Alfred Hospital with 604
*216, 220, 603, 604 will start eariler on Sunday mornings.

I wish Transdev would copy those timetables in the eastern suburbs.
