Under where the fleet number ON THE INSIDE is :D
Well, it was hanging on the inside, on the top right of the front of the bus (side closest to door).

Nope. It was arranged in black text as:
PLEASE
SIGNAL
DRIVER
"
on a yellow rectangle. I believe the "signal" was slanted, so I added it.

Ah yes, I remember those. They used to be on each bus stop until they faded away in the sun  I only saw this sign as the bus passed by quickly, so hopefully you can investigate more when you're off at work :D

Some exciting news: #303 installed a new rear-advertisement Salamanca Fresh Kingston. .
I also discovered it has a weird next-stop light - green cover and LED lights. . I will be at Metro tomorrow for my 4 hour shift, So there will be some new observations on here tomorrow and Friday.

Many may have hoped these would go away but it has not and will not, they will be happening soon. In regular service.

Spotted Gregory's Red Deckers 302 & 303 around Salamanca at 7.30pm carting around some glam gals and some guys in penguin suits. A charter obviously but nice to see them out and about after their normal bedtime.

Followed ex MTT SB Bedford/Freighter #226 out Brooker Hwy this arvo. Was cruising nicely @ 100ks. Fitted out as camper, however still had original signage on bulkhead as could see through back window and saw the number clearly. DON'T know where it was heading :(

Spotted an early ex MTT 1957 CAC SB Bedford on a property at the top of Nelson's Building Rd, Brighton. Long converted to a camper, but curiously with an intact destination roll reading "Claremont"! Need to call in to have a closer look & try and determine the fleet No!

sharp77 wrote:Knocked off work this afternoon and spotted #311 with a yellow "PLEASE SIGNAL DRIVER" sign mounted on the window inside, under where the fleet number is. Is this common? Because I have never seen this before.
SEEN IT :!: :!: As mentioned, it's a rectangular sign printed like so:

PLEASE

SIGNAL
DRIVER

PS: None of the lettering is italic. ONE specific driver has had it done, as he's had problems with di##heads who DON'T signal.
Now he just gets the bird from EVERYONE 'signalling'
