Metro Tasmania Phone Survey. Hobart
Hi all, about 6:00pm tonight. We had a guy call from DIER Tasmanian Roads and Infrastructure, he was calling on behalf of Metro Tasmania for a survey, you'd have to be 16 or over to answer questions for it. Unfortunaltely I'm not 16 yet, Does anyone know what this is for and about? just curious.??

Its an ongoing process of customer/"stakeholder" satisfaction surveys. I presume the call was cold and unexpected.
It is interesting, you often wonder just who gets surveyed, I suppose this proves that there is some kind of random selection.
Bit peed off that you have to be over 16 to participate. Students make up 40% of Metros passengers, surely they would have an opinion too!

But you're a student, so your opinion doesn't count!

I bet if students were asked to voice their opinion by SMS there wouldn't be any problem
