Regarding the NSW standard issue black on white "slim line" plates that started in the 90's (I believe), which started at AAA00A, and are now up to roughly DTx##x.
I noticed that as they were going with plates beginning with C, I have never seen any plates starting with CUx. I've seen plenty of CTx and CVx, but nothing in between.
Does anyone know more about how these plates are bundled and issued out, and if there are any particular combinations intentionally left out?

I don't what has been issued, or why you haven't seen any.
A quick check on MyPlates shows there are plenty available, including some in the CUNnnT range. I thought that might have been restricted.
