hello there
i am finding it quite hard to find a way to give positive feed back about a bus driver
i would like to give his boss a letter that he can put in his file but trying to find appropriate contact information
is like drawing blood from a stone.

Also, the obvious way would be to just write a letter to the bus company involved.

I called 131500 about sending a proper letter to Brookvale depot to express how impressed I was with a lady driver who greeted me as I boarded and was told I could only submit via email. I did so but heard nothing back. They plainly view positive feedback with contempt.

You would get a better response from the Manly Daily than any sort of response from an STA manager. So my advise write a letter to the local paper they may or may not print it.
