The problem is the election cycle.
It's either 10 months.. or 58 months.

Translation: I haven't fixed congestion but give me another term.
Might be better to say that they're doing more than Labor would.
I'm assuming the 2gb interview (which doesn't tell us anything we don't already know) covers the same ground: https://www.2gb.com/premier-insists-imm ... on-crisis/

Some people might suggest a judge should give her 18 years.

I'm unable to access the article, perhaps someone can explain the general ideas/principles mentioned, but I can already guess -
"I sniff an election in less than a year so time to act, heres a bunch of fantasies and promises and with a click of my magic finger, I'll fix Sydneys congestion woes all at once, right?"
You've had since, well, at least March 2015 to address "congestion" besides WestConnex. But I'll say similarly to Simon, at least something here is being proposed unlike the Opposition

To give them credit, rightly or wrongly at least they have actually followed through in what they had proposed to do, unlike the previous govt.

I've just read the article, and it refers to North Connex, West Connex, NW Metro and CSE Tramway.
So, with a bit of luck, these projects will be finished within 18 months. And Bingo, she she has solved the congestion problems.

I don’t really trust Gladys to deliver. Not saying Labor is any better, I have about an equal amount of contempt for them wasting years in government but to stay on topic -
This is the same woman when she was Transport Minister (and is still currently overseeing it as Premier) was ultimately in charge of running the CSELR project, something that’s supposed to solve the congestion woes between the CBD and Randwick. Originally scheduled finish for late 2018. Then early 2019. Now 2020. Because of her not taking her time to do her homework properly with the contracts we’re stuck in a legal mess for now, while our CBD remains in tatters. #niceone
The people eventually get tired of just waiting, you know. Life goes on, we all get older.

They're doing a hell of a lot more than the previous Labor governments. And while a Minister and government are ultimately responsible for delivery of a project, they naturally rely on their public servants to do the delivery. In this case they've been badly let down by TfNSW.

At the moment I'd have my money on her being Rupert's next wife; or am I just looking at the wrong media outlets?

My real problem with her argument is that the policies she is pursuing are not going to reduce congestion. In particular west connex. The part which Has already opened has only added tutu congestion, and others will be similar.
