Unidentifiable document on m/o 1445

I was on Busabout Bustech Volvo m/o 1445 today and I noticed two documents above the door one document is school kids code of conduct but I have no idea what the second document is would the second document be something that dates back to when Busabout held the Quntas Tarmac transfer contract witch this bus was used for

The first paragraph says something about unacceptable behaviour.

I'd guess it's more of the 'rights and obligations of passengers' that is required in vehicles by RMS.
