Tonight the last services were provided by Irisbus's vie:m/o5158 with the 9.20pm rte 815 ex Parramatta, and m/o363 with the 940pm ex Merrylands station rte 815 also both to Pemulwuy shops.
It is sad to see another small private operator dissapear, at least we will still be able to see Baxters well presented buses on charters and also on the M2 for the short term.

It sure is a shame to loose Baxter's Bus Lines urban services from Sydney's Western Suburbs.
I can remember catching Baxter's buses back in the mid 80's to work when I lived in Sydney for 12 months. I used to catch the bus from Greystanes to Merrylands Railway Station. I think they used to call Baxter's "Baxter's Holroyd Buslines" back then.
