Alexander Dennis Enviro 400H - City
Well, AD have pulled off something of a surprise with this new version of the Enviro 400H specifically styled for London (but to be available for other operators). This bus certainly is meant to resemble the NBFL (New Bus for London from Wright Bus), but is only 10.4 mtrs in length and would bee a lot cheaper to produce and would perhaps run out in the more suburban areas. I think AD have really done their homework - what a great way of producing sometime visually like the NBFL, when in reality this is just an Enviro 400 MMC with a little panel and glass work here and there. No doubt it is very cost effective. The photo is a mock up and is I think official having been widely "put about".
